The T-Shirt Committee has selected Southern Eagle Screen Printers to print our new Club t-shirts. Information about the three styles available is provided below. Graphics to be printed on the front and back of t-shirt are also included below.

T-shirt selection: Ladies V-neck short sleeve
                              Men’s crew neck short sleeve
                              Men’s crew neck long sleeve

Details:

1. Ladies V-neck short sleeve: LAT Apparel 5.5 oz., 100% combed ring spun cotton premium jersey; relaxed fit

• Price: $17.00 cash or check; $18.00 PayPal
• Runs true to size.

2. Men’s crew neck short sleeve:  Gildan 50/50 blend. Standard fit.

• Price: $13.00 cash or check; $14.00 PayPal

3. Men’s crew neck long sleeve:  Gildan 100% cotton. Standard fit.

• Price: $14.91 cash or check; $16.00 PayPal

Note: There was no long sleeve available in the ladies in light blue.

Orders must be submitted no later than ______________.  T-shirt delivery time to Southern Eagle Screen Printers is approximately two weeks after receipt of our order and will be printed on-site shortly thereafter.

Alternatively, if you are attending a Club event prior to the order deadline, you may bring your payment to the event and give it to Jack.  Payments are all due by ________________.
